We started operating the Bealocal Tour in January 2003, with the idea of showing tourists a local viewpoint of our city.
So, we created three tours: Tour in Favela, Football Game and Favela Party.

Tour in Favela:
Feel what life in a Favela is really like. We take a ride on the back of a motor bike to the top of the Rocinha Favela and then descend on foot. On the way down you get a unique insight into the vibrant spirit of the people, especially the kids.

Football Game:
Experience the passion of a local football derby in the infamous Maracana football stadium. Watch and join the locals beat their drums, blow their trumpets as they support their local team. Join in the frenzy as you understand why Brazil is five times world champion. Ask us for the schedule! Bring your camera!

Favela Party:
Partying in Rio is not just about the sultry, sexy grooves of salsa & samba dancing. Can you imagine shaking and grooving to the local popular funk rhythms until the sun rises over the Christ the Redeemer statue in venues where only the locals go? Come with us and we will take you there!
